TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of several framework agreements for locksmith and welding services in the heating power plants of BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH in the Berlin supply area. The services include scheduled as well as fault-related maintenance, repair, modification, dismantling, and reassembly of plant components, pipelines, and valves in energy generation plants. This particularly includes locksmith, assembly, and welding work including all ancillary services required for this. Scaffold construction services are not part of the scope of services. The services are commissioned on a needs basis through individual call-offs and are to be provided both during ongoing power plant operations and as part of revision and shutdown measures. The contractor assumes independent responsibility for performing the work, including site setup, provision of the necessary work equipment, quality assurance, coordination of the work, and technical documentation.
