BEW-Transformationsplan Wärmenetz Templin Süd

TENDER DESCRIPTION

FWG Fernwärmegesellschaft mbH Templin intends to decarbonise the Templin South district heating network (heat sales approx. 6,250 MWh/a, connected load approx. 3.47 MW), including by means of deep geothermal energy. Services are to be procured as a single package: Item 1 general coordination and energy system modelling; Item 2 planning for deep geothermal energy including drilling site, thermal water cycle, heat pump plant and operations building up to HOAI-LP 4 including approval planning; Item 3 preparation of the transformation plan under the Federal funding programme for efficient district heating networks (BEW), Module 1. Optional item 4: planning services in accordance with HOAI-LP 5 to 8 (detailed design, preparation and participation in the award, site and construction supervision); subject to postponement due to a BEW Module 2 grant decision and call-up by the contracting authority; no right to award. Service period for items 1 to 3: 01.04.2027 to 15.02.2028. Details are set out in the specification of services.
