TENDER DESCRIPTION

FWG Fernwärmegesellschaft mbH Templin operates the South district heating network with approximately 3.9 km of pipeline length; it supplies the 39 buildings with 875 residential units with space heating and domestic hot water. Heat supply is currently provided entirely via three natural gas heating boilers. Procurement of consulting, modelling, planning and coordination services for the decarbonisation of this network and for the preparation of the transformation plan under the Federal funding programme for efficient district heating networks (BEW), Module 1. The contract comprises three items that are awarded together: Item 1 - General coordination and energy system modelling: overall coordination and interface management, energy system modelling for generation park, storage and flexibility options, as well as the decarbonisation path up to 2045, modelling of the network hydraulics, key figures and sensitivity analyses, reporting and support for the transformation plan.
