TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Frankfurt (Oder) operates the community accommodation at An den Seefichten 20, 15234 Frankfurt (Oder), on its own responsibility. The subject of this invitation to tender is the security of the community accommodation for the period from 01.01.2027 up to and including 31.12.2028. The property is owned by the City of Frankfurt (Oder) and is located on a separate, fully fenced site. There are three identical buildings on the site, each with three full storeys. At present, two of the three buildings are used for accommodation purposes. The facility is used to house different groups of persons. The regular admission capacity includes: - up to 100 persons to be admitted pursuant to the State Reception Act for the State of Brandenburg (LAufnG Bbg), - up to 37 homeless persons, and - additionally up to 8 homeless persons in the night asylum. The task to ensure and enforce order and safety in the facility, including access control, is being assigned. No sovereign powers are transferred with the transfer of duties.
