Description: Conclusion of a framework agreement for the guarding and securing of facilities and installations of the Bundeswehr, here the Bundeswehr property Lausitz-Kaserne in Doberlug-Kirchhain. Requirement: The property is classified under guard category “A” — a particularly security-worthy facility / installation. At the start of the guard services (01.10.2027), a separate security check for the guard personnel to be deployed under the Security Screening Act (Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetz, SÜG) is currently not required. However, this separate security check (SÜ-2 SabSchutz) for the guard personnel to be deployed under the Security Screening Act (SÜG) pursuant to § 9 para. 1 no. 3 must be applied for directly after the award, with contract commencement. Guard services: Service category 4 — The guard services comprise only personnel guard services using the Act on the Application of Immediate Compulsion and the exercise of special powers by soldiers of the Bundeswehr and allied forces as well as civilian security personnel (UZwGBw).
