Description: Conclusion of a framework agreement for the security and safeguarding of facilities and installations of the Bundeswehr, here the Bundeswehr site Lausitz-Kaserne in Doberlug-Kirchhain. Requirement: The site is classified under security category “A” – a particularly worthy of protection facility/installation. At the start of the security services (01.10.2027), a separate security check for the security personnel to be deployed under the Security Screening Act (SÜG) is currently not required. However, this separate security check (SÜ-2 SabSchutz) for the security personnel to be deployed under the Security Screening Act (SÜG) pursuant to Section 9(1) no. 3 must be applied for directly after the award, with the contract start date.
