TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor operates the cafeteria for the provision of employees and guests of the contracting authority in their own name as well as on their own account and risk according to the following provisions of this contract. Currently, the contracting authority employs approximately 600 staff at the location Tannenstraße 4b in Dresden. Against the background of consultations and training sessions, about 25 guests/visitors can additionally use the cafeteria services daily. The cafeteria serves employees and guests as a gastronomic center as well as a communication and recreation area during breaks and also outside working hours. In addition to a diverse and high-quality range of food and beverages, the contractor provides further services coordinated with their activity. These are based on the agreed quality standards according to the requirements of the guest clientele within the contracting authority. Essential quality criteria for daily operational services include aspects such as freshness and variety in the offer, service orientation of all contractor employees, flexibility, friendliness, and individuality for the respective individual service.
