Bewirtschaftung Cafeteria (05/FI-AD/2026)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor operates the cafeteria in its own name as well as on its own account and risk under the following provisions of this contract to supply the employees and guests of the contracting authority. Currently, the contracting authority employs approximately 600 staff at the location Tannenstraße 4b in Dresden. Against the background of consultations and training sessions, around 25 guests/visitors can also make use of the cafeteria's services daily. The cafeteria serves the employees and guests as a gastronomic center as well as a place for communication and relaxation during breaks and also outside working hours. In addition to a diverse and high-quality range of food and beverages, the contractor provides further services coordinated with its activity. These are based on the agreed quality standards according to the requirements of the guest group within the contracting authority. Essential quality standards in daily operational services include aspects such as freshness and variety in the offer, service orientation of all contractor employees, flexibility, friendliness, and individuality for each individual service.
