TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor manages the recycling center independently and on their own responsibility while enforcing the user regulations for recycling centers. All tasks are to be carried out in accordance with the management contract and in compliance with the provisions of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG) and other public-law provisions. The management of a recycling center includes in particular the following tasks: • Waste and recyclable material acceptance including citizen service, • Hazardous waste acceptance according to TRGS 520 including proper sorting into the SSC, • Use of the provided technology for digital recycling center user and waste recording, issuing user cards, organizing the proper provision and collection of waste containers and regular inspections in compliance with the instructions provided by the employer in the operating manual for the "Recycling Center App", • Proper management of the green waste pile including pushing together the delivered green waste if necessary, • Maintenance of the recycling center, • Needs-based supply of consumables and personal protective equipment, • As well as all related preparatory and subsequent tasks to properly operate the…
