TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor manages the recycling center independently and on their own responsibility under enforcement of the user regulations for recycling centers. All tasks are to be carried out in accordance with the management contract and in fulfillment of the provisions of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG) and other public-law regulations. The management of a recycling center includes in particular the following tasks: • Acceptance of waste and recyclable materials including customer service, • Acceptance of hazardous substances according to TRGS 520 including proper sorting into the SSC, • Use of the provided technology for digital recording of recycling center users and waste, issuance of user cards, organization of proper provision and collection of waste collection containers, and for regular checks in compliance with the instructions from the user manual for the "Recycling Center App" provided by the employer, • Proper management of the green waste stockpile including, if necessary, pushing together the delivered green waste, • Maintenance of the recycling center, • Demand-oriented supply of consumables and personal protective equipment, • As well as all associated preparatory and…
