TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the management of reprocessable surgical instrumentarium, including the organisation, control, implementation, documentation, quality assurance and traceability of measures for maintenance and repair with the aim of restoring and ensuring the instrumentarium’s functional capability, safety, availability and proper readiness for use, in compliance with the applicable statutory, standards-based and manufacturer requirements. The service includes in particular identifying and processing the need for repair, the technical assessment of damage patterns, carrying out or arranging suitable repair measures while taking into account the manufacturer’s specifications, checking the safety- and function-relevant characteristics that may be affected by the measure, carrying out and documenting quality-assuring measures, issuing documented release, returning items into the supply and reprocessing cycle, and providing evaluations, reports and evidence to ensure traceability.
