Non-cash 24-month purchase of diesel oil in accordance with PN EN 590 or equivalent for the Independent Public Health Care Facility (SPZOZ) in Wolsztyn using a fuel card system 1 The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the contract entitled: “Non-cash 24-month purchase of diesel oil in accordance with PN EN 590 or equivalent for the Independent Public Health Care Facility (SPZOZ) in Wolsztyn using a fuel card system”. 2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (“OPZ”) and the required quantities have been specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ (assortment-quantity-price form. Omission of an item shall result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law (PZP).
