TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels—unleaded petrol Pb95 and diesel fuel ON—for service vehicles of the Public Transport Company in Człuchów, at the Contractor’s petrol stations, in a cashless sales system, on an ongoing basis depending on the requirements of the Contracting Authority. 2. The subject of the contract must meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and comply with the current Polish Standards. 3. Diesel fuel ON – 361,800 litres, according to standard PN-EN 590:2026-01 or equivalent; unleaded petrol 95 – 2,000 litres, according to standard PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06 or equivalent. The indicated quantities of fuels are estimated quantities (maximum quantities). The Contracting Authority is not obliged to purchase fuels in the full quantity, and failure to fulfil the contract in full does not give the Contractors any claims (§ 1(4) and § 4(2) of the contract template—Annex No. 10 to the SWZ). 4.
