TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Public Contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement is the provision of services for routine and continuous road maintenance within the administration of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority determined in individual contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive provision of the requested services, including the means and equipment required for their provision, in accordance with the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Routine maintenance includes basic summer and winter maintenance of roads in accordance with Decree No 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Act on Road Communications, in particular the following activities: cleaning and repairs of road surfaces, railings and the surroundings of roads, including milling and patching of potholes, maintenance of traffic signage, maintenance of traffic devices and other related equipment, mowing of grass and woody growths around roads, removing defects in vertical traffic signage, maintenance of road shoulders and ditches or bridges, ensuring the passability of roads in the winter period, including ensuring…
