TENDER DESCRIPTION
Safe water supply. Digital Shield for the Municipality of Lipiany 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment and software together with implementation in the project “Safe water supply. Digital Shield for the Municipality of Lipiany”, described in detail in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference) – Description of the subject matter of the contract. 2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and in annexes constituting an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Annex No. 6 to the SWZ – Contract template defining the scope and conditions for performance of the subject matter of the contract.
