TENDER DESCRIPTION

In this construction project, work for building automation for the 2nd and 3rd construction phase will be carried out. The following measures are mainly intended in the bill of quantities (partly: dismantling, new construction): • 2.BA – field devices, automation, automation services / engineering, switchgear • 2.BA – preparation for connection to GLT and the 3S control center, cabling and cable routes • 3.BA – field devices, automation, automation services / engineering, switchgear • 3.BA – preparation for connection to GLT and the 3S control center, cabling and cable routes • 2.+3.BA – dismantling of existing building automation • 1.BA – defect rectification: condition assessment + technical test, defect rectification of switch cabinet technology and electrical installation, documentation and revision documents, measurement tests and standard compliance evidence, data points + BACnet and automation level, system images, complete re-commissioning and functional testing
