Description of the procurement (type and scope of the service and/or indication of needs and requirements) The hospital site is characterized by a large number of different buildings, different construction methods and years of construction. The structural components are connected; the buildings are free-standing. For this reason, the fire protection technical inventory analysis carried out in advance was conducted at structural-component level and/or per building. A detailed listing of the structural boundary conditions of the structural components/buildings, the defects found, and possible measures will be provided during the course of the award procedure. For the fire protection technical rectification of the deficiencies, general planning is tendered with the service categories object planning of buildings and technical building equipment (plant groups 3-5) in accordance with HOAI. In stages, service phases 1-3 and 5-8 of the service category object planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with § 34(1) HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 10, No. 10.1 are awarded.
