TENDER DESCRIPTION

The hospital site is characterized by a large number of different buildings, different construction types and construction years. The components are connected; the buildings are stand-alone structures. For this reason, the fire protection technical existing condition analysis carried out in advance was performed at component level and/or per building. A detailed schedule of the structural boundary conditions of the components/buildings, the defects found and possible measures will be provided during the course of the procurement procedure.
