TENDER DESCRIPTION

The hospital site is characterized by a large number of different buildings, different construction methods and construction years. The building components are connected; the houses are detached. For this reason, the previously carried out fire protection technical inventory/condition analysis was carried out at building component level or per house. A detailed listing of the structural boundary conditions of the building components/houses, the deficiencies found, and possible measures will be provided during the course of the procurement procedure. For the fire protection-related rectification of the deficiencies, the general planning will be tendered with the service profiles building and technical equipment (system groups 3 - 5) in accordance with HOAI. In stages, the service phases 1-3 and 5-8 of the service profile building and interiors u. in accordance with § 34 para. 1 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 10, No. 10.1 will be awarded.
