TENDER DESCRIPTION

When carrying out the subject of the public procurement, an Contractor shall be selected to perform the activities eligible for funding under project BG05SFPR003-1.001-0220 “Hot lunch on the territory of Varna Municipality”, procedure BG05SFPR003-1.001- “Hot lunch” of the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme“ 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, including, inter alia: 1. Preparation of a hot lunch, in its own material base /kitchen/, meeting the requirements of the Food Act and the associated subordinate normative acts; 2. Packaging of the prepared food in a manner that protects it from contamination, in serving dishes and single-use packaging approved for contact with food; 3. Provision of the hot lunch on-site in the Contractor’s kitchen and/or to a facility for serving ready meals and/or transportation to the users’ homes. Deliveries will be carried out on the territory of Varna Municipality. The estimated number of persons who will receive “hot lunch” on the territory of Varna Municipality, under procedure BG05SFPR003-1.001- “Hot lunch” of the Food and Basic Material Assistance Programme“ 2021-2027 is up to 300 persons.
