TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the procurement comprises delivering, maintaining and further developing a nationwide BHV App for the State (Rijk), including the associated modules. In this nationwide BHV App, all premises of the Participating organisations are included. The BHV App must, among other things, provide that: • BHV officers who are present at such a premises are automatically registered upon entering and automatically de-registered in the BHV App upon leaving the premises; • attendance scheduling; • BHV-related incidents are recorded in the nationwide BHV App; • BHV officers who are in the vicinity of reported incidents are summoned via the nationwide BHV App to handle the incident; • feedback regarding the handling also takes place via the nationwide BHV App; • the nationwide BHV App offers reporting capabilities. In Appendix 1, the Rules of Requirements (Programma van Eisen), all requirements (functional, technical, financial, etc.) are included that the tenderer must meet.
