TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the project competition procurement: preparation of the technical design for the construction of the Alytus City Library (design proposals with a construction-permit document, technical design, and project execution supervision), applying information modelling (BIM) services. The tasks of the project competition related to urban-planning and architectural design aspects are as follows: to create modern, integrated, architectural, spatial planning solutions for the library building that meet the needs of a contemporary library. The tasks of the project competition are described in the annex “Technical Design Assignment” to the project competition conditions. The contracting authority, in accordance with the provisions of Article 71(4) of the Law on Public Procurement, provides for conducting the procurement of services for “preparation of the Alytus City Library technical design (design proposals with a construction-permit document, technical design, and project execution supervision), applying information modelling (BIM) services”, inviting the participant of the project proposal that ranked 1st to participate in them.
