TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within Part 1 of the contract, the Contractor will perform: 1) Ongoing (systematic) cleaning of street drainage devices. During the 24-month period, the Contracting Authority foresees a single cleaning of street drainage devices, i.e. street inlets about 4300 pcs, linear drainage about 900 m, and linear drainage manholes about 100 pcs. Ongoing cleaning of street drainage devices will be commissioned once in relation to entire street sections. It is assumed that these services will be performed between the 2nd and 4th quarters of each calendar year during the contract validity period. In the event of repair or renovation of a given street, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to exclude such a street from device cleaning and to limit the Contractor's remuneration. Payment will be made after completing the cleaning service of the street drainage devices along the entire section of the given street; invoices will be issued no more than once a month.
