TENDER DESCRIPTION
Ongoing maintenance of roads within the Municipality of Namysłów in 2027 The scope of the subject matter of the contract has been described in point 5 of the SWZ (specification of the terms of the contract). Reasons for not dividing the contract into parts: excessive technical difficulties, excessive costs of performing the contract, and difficulties in coordinating the activities of various Contractors implementing individual parts of the contract, which could seriously jeopardize the proper performance of the contract. The Contractor is required to perform the contract according to the rules and conditions described in the SWZ and in the tender.
