TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a service in the scope of ongoing maintenance and care of greenery within the city of Kalisz in Part VII. The areas specified in the annex titled “Price form for Part VII”, 2. The subject matter of the contract includes in particular: -mowing lawns and road verges, raking, removal and disposal of the mown material; -care (watering, fertilising, etc.) of young plantings (trees, shrubs, perennials and climbers, seasonal plants); -spring and autumn leaf raking together with their removal and disposal of leaves; -trimming hedges and shrubs, removal and disposal of the trimmed shoots; -trimming flower clusters of shrubs and perennials together with removal and disposal of the cut shoots -weeding groups of shrubs, perennials and flower beds together with removal and disposal of weeds; -sweeping and snow removal from staircases; -washing benches; -washing bins; -maintenance of pathways (sweeping the pathways together with removal and disposal of dirt, winter maintenance of pathways, including snow removal, purchase of sand, sprinkling/sanding the pathways, post-winter cleaning of the pathways); -operation of the automatic…
