TENDER DESCRIPTION

In 2021, bicycle leasing was introduced at Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde with great success. A framework agreement is to be tendered for a period of 4 years, which will continue to enable the employees of the Kreisverwaltung Rendsburg-Eckernförde to choose, use a bicycle or Pedelecs/e-bikes (up to 25 km/h) and to reimburse this service to the employer as part of salary conversion. The contract start date is 01.01.2027. Any individual contracts currently running are not affected by this and will continue to be handled by the current provider until the end of the respective contract term. The subject of the invitation to tender is therefore the conclusion of a framework agreement with a contractor (AN) for the leasing of bicycles, the associated services and, within the scope of an additional offer, inspection/maintenance and comprehensive (fully comprehensive) insurance including a 24-hour mobility guarantee for the bicycles for the client’s employees.
