The current volume of images that the contractor (AN) has to process on each working day is between 5,000 and 12,000 units. Over the maximum contract period of 4 years, TK expects approximately 7.08 million incoming images to be processed into eGK-compliant images. The stated quantities indicate TK’s estimated demand, without thereby establishing an obligation to call off quantities at the corresponding level. There is no obligation to call off a specific minimum volume. The maximum value is 115 percent of the bid comparison price in accordance with Appendix A1 of the tender documents.
