TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the framework of the IT project, a total contract will be concluded, using the "EVB-IT System Contract" form with various adjustments, which are highlighted accordingly. This total performance includes the purchase of the standard software (No. 4.3 EVB IT System Contract), the creation of the complete system with achievement of operational readiness, including customizing and integration as well as interfaces (Nos. 4.5, 4.7 and 4.10 EVB-IT System Contract) and - after acceptance of the complete system - system service, including restoration and maintenance of operational readiness as well as delivery of new program versions (No. 5.1 EVB-IT System Contract) and further development (No. 6.1 EVB-IT System Contract), including training and documentation; these services are largely compensated on a flat-rate basis (see price list).
