TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the specialist fire protection planning services for the extension, conversion and refurbishment of the Training Centre of the Schleswig-Holstein Tax Administration (BIZ Malente), Rövkampallee 2–4, 23714 Bad Malente-Krummsee. In addition to the construction of a new administration and teaching building, the measure includes comprehensive refurbishment and conversion work on existing buildings as well as connecting newly built parts of buildings to the existing structure. The new construction for administration and teaching is to be accompanied by the specialist fire protection planners through the relevant planning and execution phases. Also included in the contract is the preparation of a fire protection concept for the new construction. For the existing buildings as well as for the conversion, refurbishment and connection areas, the required specialist fire protection planning services must be provided within the performance phases. For this purpose, a new fire protection concept must be prepared that is tailored to the planned structural changes.
