TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is BIM planning services (Simple BIM) for the renewal of the transport stations Friedrichshafen Airport and Meckenbeuren on route 4500. The planning is to be carried out as single-phase planning for service phases 1 to 7 in accordance with HOAI, using the BIM methodology. At both stopping points, the two existing platforms at each location are to be renewed. The scope of services includes, in particular, the renewal of platform surfaces, the renewal of platform edges, the renewal of lighting systems, and the replacement of equipment elements. At the stopping point Meckenbeuren, the renewal of the step covering of the pedestrian underpass is also planned.
