TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the services tendered here is the installation of drywall partition walls, facing shells, and suspended ceilings in buildings 13 and 14. Furthermore, part of the services tendered here is to reinforce the existing wooden beam ceilings in preparation for the drywall installation to allow for the erection of the walls. In the attic/roof space, the uppermost insulation layer of the building is to be completed. Due to partly complex installation situations in the building and demanding interface conditions, especially regarding the roof construction, internal insulation, and floor structures, the services are preceded by detailed technical clarification and workshop and installation planning including the contractor's structural engineering. Approx. 1600 m2 drywall walls (up to thickness = 150mm) and facing shells, partly with requirements for sound insulation, fire protection, and burglary protection. Approx. 1250 m2 roof construction/roof slope claddings including knee wall claddings. Approx. 1100 m2 insulation work, partly between rafters or insulation layers as well as some blown-in insulation.
