TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the services tendered here are the installations of drywall partition walls, drywall lining panels, and suspended ceilings in buildings 13 and 14. Furthermore, part of the services tendered here is the strengthening of the existing timber beam ceilings to support the installation of the walls in preparation for the drywall works. In the attic/roof space, the top insulation layer of the building is to be completed. Due to the partly complex installation situations on site and demanding interface conditions, in particular regarding the roof construction, interior insulation, and floor structures, a detailed technical clarification and workshop and installation planning precede the services, including the contractor’s static calculations. Approx. 1600 m² drywall walls (up to thickness = 150 mm) and lining panels, partly with requirements for soundproofing, fire protection, and burglary protection. Approx. 1250 m² roof constructions/sloped ceilings, including knee wall paneling. Approx. 1100 m² insulation works, partly between rafters or insulation overlays as well as blown-in insulation.
