The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: The consultant is required to propose an offered start date, with the client expressing a desire for the assistance to commence as soon as possible.
• Contract End Date: The assistance will continue until the client's project is concluded.
• Total Duration: The client (Statped) aims for the project to be completed efficiently by Q1 2027.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• The consultant must develop and submit a proposal for a project and progress plan. This plan should detail the necessary activities, expected progress, and an overall timeframe, including estimated time usage and/or calendar time per phase.
• A final project and progress plan will be collaboratively created by the consultant and the client after the contract is signed, and then appended to the agreement.
• Regular status meetings are to be held, typically once per week, to review the status of the assistance, including progress, resource utilization, and any issues requiring client clarification.
