TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Lohja requests tenders for bitumen-based pothole patching material to repair the surfaces of roads and damage. On the basis of the tendering procedure, a framework arrangement shall be established in which two (2) framework agreement suppliers are selected. The selected framework agreement suppliers are used in order of priority so that orders are placed primarily with the supplier that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender (first supplier). If the primary supplier is not able to meet the contracting authority’s needs, the patching material shall be ordered from the second supplier of the framework arrangement. For large projects, separate tenders may be requested from the framework agreement suppliers. The contract does not include a minimum purchase obligation; instead, the product is procured according to the contracting authority’s needs. The contract is concluded for a fixed term of two (2) years, for the period 1.1.2027–31.12.2028. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract by two (2) one (1)-year options.
