TENDER DESCRIPTION

Insurance contract for property and liability insurance with respect to the items of property specified in detail in the technical description. The detailed risk descriptions, extensions of coverage, deductibles requested, and the technical description forming part of the documentation are included. A deviation of 30% over the total value of property provided by the insured in the data provider table during the entire term of the contract is permitted (detailed conditions are set out in the draft contract). The Contracting Parties consider the quantity deviation to be a foreseeable and known modification pursuant to Section 141(4)(a) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.) that does not change the general nature of the contract.
