The contractor shall ensure that sufficient technically suitable personnel are made available to them, who meet the access requirements. As a rule, the access check must be carried out and successfully completed before the start of work on the construction site. For this purpose, personal information of employees of the construction-executing companies must be provided, as well as their consent to the personal check.
