TENDER DESCRIPTION
The district association Bezirkskrankenhaus Schwaz plans, together with Tiroler gemeinnützige Wohnungsbau- und Siedlungs Ges.m.b.H., to construct a new building at the site of BKH Schwaz in place of the existing and outdated education centre. Since the existing education centre no longer meets future requirements and, in its current location, stands in the way of a planned extension of the hospital, the new building is to be erected on the adjacent free plot of land in the interest of separating flows.
