• Execution Planning: The contractor is responsible for the workshop and execution planning, including coordination, planning, and execution of works, as well as coordination with building, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and other specialist planners. This includes submitting all necessary plans and detail information.
• Engineering, Work Preparations, Fabrications, Deliveries, and Assembly: This covers all stages from design to physical installation.
• Commissioning, Tests, and Adjustments: The entire system must be delivered, programmed, configured, installed, and fully functional, including internal testing, on-site commissioning in collaboration with the electrical installer, error correction, and software adjustments.
• Documentation: Provision of comprehensive documentation in German, including as-built plans, load data, execution drawings, electrical and schematic diagrams, operating instructions (with PLC source code), troubleshooting guides, operating and maintenance manuals, warranty documents, and conformity declarations.
• Instruction for Audio/Media System: Detailed instruction on the audio and media system basics, faders, switches, inputs/outputs, interfaces, connectivity, effect devices, integration of third-party equipment, wiring, and general user questions.
• Technical Specifications: The audio system must be built on a DANTE-Bus and the video system on the SVSI streaming solution from AMX.
• Testing and Certification: A test with protocol creation according to EN 61439-1:2011 is required.
• Ensure all functions are user-friendly, ergonomic, and user-appropriate, installed and programmed according to current norms and guidelines.
