Single-line drainage channel towards sidewalks and double-line drainage channel towards parking areas. Approx. 200 m2 parking area as well as approx. 300 m2 sidewalk in concrete paving stones. Approx. 400 m deep curb installation. All paved surfaces with frost protection and gravel base layers. Approx. 250 m2 area as fire department access road in gravel lawn construction. Two bike shelters. Approx. 2000 m2 sowing of lawn areas as well as planting of a total of eleven trees. Surface drainage with approx. 135 m pipe DN 150.
