TENDER DESCRIPTION
Approx. 790 m2 asphalt pavement with 350 m curb system to be removed and professionally disposed of. Approximately 400 m2 traffic area in asphalt construction, approx. 210 m high curb system. Single-row drainage channel to sidewalks and double-row drainage channel to parking areas. Approx. 200 m2 parking area as well as approx. 300 m2 sidewalk in concrete block pavement. Approx. 400 m deep curb installation. All paved areas with frost protection and gravel base layers. Approx. 250 m2 area as fire department access road in gravel lawn construction. Two bicycle shelters. Approx. 2000 m2 seeding of lawn areas as well as planting of a total of eleven trees. Surface drainage with approx. 135 m DN 150 piping. Four drainage channels, three street drains as well as a boot washing facility. Connections to existing sewer or existing shafts. Approx. 185 m cable trenches for electrical and telecommunications lines, approx. 55 m empty conduit.
