TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement is the assignment of project management services for five project packages at the properties of the tax offices in Kleve, Krefeld and Mülheim, the property of the Geological Survey, and the property of IT.NRW. Each project package consists of several individual measures, which are described in more detail in the respective project descriptions. The five project packages are each extensive refurbishment measures in existing buildings. The aim is to bring the affected properties, in terms of construction, functionality, technology and sustainability, up to a future-capable standard. The measures are to be understood professionally and in terms of content as individual projects that are largely independent of one another. In order to use any potential synergies and to accelerate implementation, the project management services are combined within the scope of a joint procurement.
