TENDER DESCRIPTION
General planner service for the service profiles: - Building object planning: (LP1-9), - Technical equipment: (AG: 1,2,4,5,8, LP1-9), - Structural engineering planning: (LP1-6), - Building physics (building acoustics, sound insulation): (LP1-8), - Geotechnical engineering - Contaminant planning and supervision (LST 1-5) - Construction logistics: (LP 1-6,8). Upon award of the contract, the following service phases will initially be commissioned: 1-3 for all described service profiles. The subject of this award is the general planning service for the modernisation of the heat supply for the Amtsgericht Duisburg-Ruhrort. The aim of the measure is the replacement of the existing heating system with a future-proof, energy-efficient and economical heating system. For the implementation of the main trade scope (technical equipment), the above-mentioned additional service profiles are required. Further details are provided in the tender documents.
