TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Duisburg branch (BLB), plans the conversion and an extension building for the LAG. The services being tendered include waterproofing and roofing works both in the existing building and in the new build. The subject of the measure is the installation and waterproofing of flat roofs of different use across several structural components and at different elevations. Unused roof areas are in most cases executed as warm roofs with insulation and bituminous waterproofing and are partly prepared for photovoltaic systems, technical areas or roof greening, while used areas such as terraces and traffic areas are built up in a manner suitable for the loads involved. In addition, the scope of services includes sheet-metal works, fall protection systems, the integration of technical installations and works in the existing building.
