TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW, Duisburg branch (BLB), plans the conversion as well as an extension building for the LAG. The services being tendered include waterproofing and roofing works both in the existing building and in new construction. The subject of the measure is the construction and waterproofing of flat roofs of different uses in several structural components and at varying elevations. Unused roof areas are largely constructed as warm roofs with insulation and bituminous waterproofing and partly prepared for PV systems, technical areas or green roof areas, while used areas such as terraces and traffic areas are built accordingly to be load-bearing. In addition, the scope of services includes sheet-metal/plumbing works, fall protection systems, the integration of technical installations, and works in the existing building.
