Brick Facade The construction project involves the comprehensive renovation of the listed existing building "Spinnerei" of the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences at Webschulstr. 24 in Mönchengladbach. The contractor is to perform masonry work within the described scope: - Facade insulation Supply and installation of thermal insulation for the ventilated façade with cladding (400 m2) - Bracket anchors Supply and installation of horizontal bracket anchors for the support of facing masonry for earthquake protection as continuous angle brackets (23 m) - Individual bracket anchors Supply and installation of vertical individual bracket anchors for the support of facing masonry for earthquake protection with 2 angles per support point (240 pcs) - Facing masonry Cavity spacing 50 mm outer wall vMz ARF Construction of facing masonry (300 m2) - Masonry work Arched gate Construction of a masonry arched gate in old Reichsformat (250/120/65 mm) in the area of the southern entrance (28 m2) - Water repellency treatment of existing masonry (800 m2) - Individual crack repair in the existing brick masonry (200 m)
