TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is the award of a turnkey contractor contract within the framework of an SEP procedure (design-and-build procurement with integrated planning) for the new building Didaktik der Chemie at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Essen campus, a teaching and laboratory building for the training of chemistry teachers (gross floor area 5,700 m2). The contract includes the planning and execution of all services required to implement the project, including coordination of all specialist trades up to handover, as well as the entire building permit process.
