TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the awarding of a turnkey contractor contract as part of an SEP procedure (turnkey award with integrated planning) for the new construction of Didaktik der Chemie at the University of Duisburg-Essen, Essen Campus, a teaching and laboratory building for the training of chemistry teachers (BGF 5.700 m2). The contract includes the planning and execution of all services required to implement the project, including the coordination of all specialist trades up to handover, as well as the entire building permit process.
