TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) plans the construction of a new accommodation building at the Tomburg Barracks in Rheinbach. The construction of a three-storey, above-basement building is planned, with a total of 127 accommodation rooms, each with its own shower room; one accommodation unit is to be provided in a barrier-free design. The basis is the design and approval planning. The design planning is based on conventional solid construction using masonry and reinforced concrete. A possible deviation from the construction method is possible by submitting secondary offers. The scope of performance of the contractor includes the turnkey and ready-for-use, as well as functionally appropriate, creation of the entire structure, including integrated construction planning and documentation. This includes all required planning and construction services for the creation and handover of a defect-free building that has been approved under building law.
