TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is comprehensive site preparation in the eastern area and the southern partial area of the expansion area for the new construction of JVA Köln. The contract includes clearing the area, including uprooting and removal of root stumps. The areas have already been cleared of trees and shrubs. To prepare for ordnance detection surveys, in the east site area and in the area of the access roads to be created in the south site area, the areas must be stripped down to the natural ground. A corresponding subgrade for the survey is to be created. The soil is mixed with foreign objects, such as remains of walls and concrete. The excavated soil must be processed accordingly and then, as specified by the planning/construction management, backfilled and compacted again to the specified NN elevation. The site access at Butzweilerstraße is to be established with appropriate safety measures. Future construction site set-up areas as well as the access roads are to be established.
