TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is comprehensive site preparation in the eastern area and the southern sub-area of the extension area for the new construction of JVA Köln. The contract includes clearing the site including uprooting and pulling out root stumps. The areas have already been cleared of trees and roots. To prepare for explosive ordnance surveys, in the area of the eastern site as well as in the area of the temporary access roads to be laid in the southern site, the surfaces must be removed down to the natural ground. A suitable subgrade for the survey is to be created. The soil is mixed with foreign materials such as remains of walls and concrete. The excavated soil is to be processed accordingly and then, as specified by the planning/construction management and at the specified NN elevation, reinstalled and compacted. The construction site access at Butzweilerstraße is to be established with appropriate safety measures. Future construction site setup areas as well as the access roads are to be created.
